I found the pool area relaxing. the bar staff remembered my favorite drink. the reception staff provided quick assistance with a smile. They were efficient. i loved the walk in shower. It was spacious and easy to use.
The cups in my room were not washed daily. I used them more than once.

limited air conditioningabsent umbrellas
The lack of air conditioning was AWFUL. It was only turned on for a few hours each day. This made sleeping very difficult. there were no umbrellas by the pool. Finding shade was a constant struggle throughout the day.
